Discover the upcoming new hotspots in one of the most beautiful tropical locations on earth. The Caribbean has been popular with travellers and second home owners for decades, but the region is large and varied enough to provide new discoveries with each passing season.

Here are the latest ones for the coming year, as defined by luxury travel and real estate experts, based on customer trends and feedback, and fortunately they all fall within the areas Worldwide Property Finders covers.

St Lucia

Set in the eastern Caribbean region, this former part of the British West Indies blends all that laid-back Caribbean culture with a paradisiacal setting. St Lucia is chilled, relaxed and quite frankly very beautiful. No wonder it’s so sought after, as it offers iconic tropical island beaches fringed with palm trees, wonderful bays and a sea just made for sailing and island to island ‘hopping’. St Lucia is also home to pretty little towns and villages, with brightly coloured architecture and a laid-back atmosphere, and if you head inland you’re rewarded with beautiful scenery and amazing views back to the sea.

Barbados

One of the largest of the Windies islands is known for more than Rihanna alone. Think of iconic white sand beaches, palm trees waving in the breeze, blue skies and azure waters – with lush green forests inland. Does that paint a picture? We hope so, as we can find you wonderful properties by the beach in Barbados, close to charming little towns or inland, surrounded by beautiful nature. They vary from luxurious to quaint, modern to traditional, and also large to compact – ideal for the specific lifestyle pursuits you have in mind.

Cayman Islands

This small British collection of islands just below Cuba is a well-known as a tax haven, but other attractions include coral reefs, lagoons, swimming with turtles and dolphins, and a very laid-back village atmosphere. The Cayman Islands are a little paradise in the middle of the sea, close to Cuba, Jamaica, the USA and also the Mayan Riviera of Mexico in the Yucatan Peninsula – with many of the benefits of being connected to the UK. So contact us for more information about these and other beautiful hotspots and idyllic property for sale in the Caribbean, Europe and the UK itself.
