Originally founded in 2003 as Iberian Homes, we have been a bespoke home finder for almost 20 years. As we evolved and honed our skills in this field, we expanded from our original base in Spain to operate in nine different countries in Europe and around the world, ultimately creating a valuable global network of clients, investors, developers and property specialists.

Our high success rate of over 90% is achieved thanks to this international network and a personalised property finder approach that enables us to sift through the masses of standard properties on offer and find those that stand out. Naturally, a great deal of personal experience and expertise within our team adds the finishing touch to what is a bespoke service.

Why Use Us

Unlike conventional property agencies, we take on fewer clients and don’t ‘sell what we have’, but dedicate ourselves to finding that specialise property you have always wanted. The kind that’s not ‘off the shelf’ but a one-off opportunity in a wondrous location – that’s what our service is all about!

A vital step in this process is listening to your wants, needs and preferences, and armed with this information we commence the search process upon receipt of a signed copy of our agreement. From here on, you will receive a weekly update report and we will always be available to you, responding promptly to any queries or enquiries.

When you have a selection from the properties sourced, the step is to view and ultimately make an offer on those properties that interest you. We are happy to use our experience and conduct the negotiations on your behalf, and once an offer has been accepted, a Memorandum of Sale will be drafted, and signed by the parties involved.

We take care of the entire sales progression for you, reporting on a weekly basis until the transaction is concluded, the i’s dotted and the t’s crossed. At Worldwide property finders, we make it our business to make your property daydreams a reality.
